Everything was excellent and would recommend to anyone.. The room has king size bed and sofa bed and they were very comfortable. The rooms were excellent and spacious, the staff have excellent customer service , and the breakfast was also excellent. The only thing to be aware of is that parking is an additional charge of $10 per car per day.Malaty - 6.0Scored 6.0
Room was huge.
Room was huge. Stove was pressed up against a wall and secret little dark cubby hole. No coffee, complimentary cups, iron, Kleenex. TV was horizontal to the bed, hooked to the wall. You could pull it out a bit, but my neck still couldn’t see it from bed.

Lakeland has a wonderful new park that we visited.
Lakeland has a wonderful new park that we visited. Bonnet Springs Park. This new park is free to enter, but there is a fee to the Children's Museum. This hotel is near all the restaurants chains you are familiar with along with some local ones. If you like WaWa, there is one right across the street from this hotel. Going to Disney or Tampa, this hotel is in a location where you can easily travel to both and then back for a nice quiet night. There is an excellent IHOP adjacent to the hotel. The motel is located next to a Bob Evans, Denny's and Burger King with other places very close nearby. We could walk to dinner. Since we were there to regroup our lives, we didn't do any sightseeing. We have lived in that area of Florida for over 20 years anyway and have seen what the area has to offer.

I liked that upon check in THE front desk clerk said that if I booked through the hotel's WEB SITE and not BOOKING.COM that i would have known that the breakfast area was under construction. No breakfast was available which is why I intentionally booked this hotel. However a nice brown bag breakfast thankfully was available.
