Room was clean and the bed was comfortable.
Room was clean and the bed was comfortable. But take notice, the room was as basic as they come. They charge $5.00 for a bottle of water. If you choose to make a cup of coffee be prepared to use tap water or pay the over charged price for a bottle of water. Absurd. Room is overpriced for what is offered, which is simply Basic.

Staying at the Hyatt Long Island off the LIE was a fantastic choice. This hotel is located so close to anything you would need. It is convenient to shopping, to eating, to the Smithtown Bypass, to Route 111, to Vets Highway, Islip airport and the LIE. I found it to be the absolute perfect location for an Eastern Long Island Stay! With no traffic, we made it to Nassau County in about 35-40 minutes. I would definitely stay in this area again.

The area Hauppauge was fine it was close to family and the Funeral Home where my aunts service was. It's just the hotel I had a problem with. My family who I was traveling with agreed this hotel was dirty and had a scent but didn't want to pack up and give to another hotel cause we had already paid and they didn't want the hassle of moving

What didn’t I like, I don’t know where to start!
What didn’t I like, I don’t know where to start! This hotel was recently renovated and it was like lipstick on a pig. The room had a nice bed and that was the end of the nice amenities. Thermostat was stuck at a certain temperature, there was cracks in the paint, the TV did not work, some rooms had fridges while others did not, and some rooms had new furnishings while others did not. The room also smelled like smoke and all facilities are closed. I brought get my family into town for my baby shower and this was a sour point of our experience/weekend. On top of that on the first night when we asked to change rooms from a stained carpet floor the night staff (Mark) was in accommodating and we unfriendly.

It’s all a big scam. That’s what I feel about ur hotel.
It’s all a big scam. That’s what I feel about ur hotel. U advertise the amenities at ur hotel and charge a hefty price for the “amenities” listed for the guests enjoyment. But it’s all a bunch of hog wash. There’s nothing at all true on the amenities list ur hotel has on the web. There’s No water in the “ pool “. No spa no gym and beach towels ha what a scam. U have a duty to people when ur in the hotel business to be honest and fair and ur company is anything but honest and fair. All the money ur company has made and is still making and u don’t have the decency to hire someone to update ur lists. Really? I feel I deserve a good portion of the Two hundred and fifty five dollars I was charged. Ur hotel is worth 80 bucks a night if that. How can I get the hundred and seventy five dollars back If I wanted to stay in a shabby run down hotel I would have. Very disappointing and it really ruined the time we stayed there. What a big disappointment. Shame on u
The breakfast is good with variety of options (relative to other IHG hotels), including halal food.
Within walking distance from USCIS Application Support Center (ASC). The neighbourhood is quiet, peaceful and lovely. There's an ice machine, and you can refill your water bottles in the gym.
Nearest train station is the Central Islip station.
the hotel is very clean, everything in the room is very neat, clean, in the bathroom and on the mirrors there were no dried smudges after cleaning, a beautiful lobby, a nice pool, a 24-hour buffet where you can eat well at night, very friendly and polite staff , very good impressions were left.
Yes I paid on booking.com and then was charged again at the hotel as they said that booking.com has not forwarded the monies to the hotel. Booking.com has not replied to my query
We stayed at the hotel numerous times. Liked the breakfast and extras they had week night before Covid. The breakfast was good considering Covid restrictions
The breakfast was good, but there was only one selection! When you stay in a hotel, there should be variety! The pool was nice and the rooms were clean!
