Went to Augusta for the Womens Amatuer Tournament at Augusta National. The location of the hotel was ideal and was within walking distance of the course. We ventured into Broad Street was was run down, looked unsafe and poor. Was told by locals that the area was going through a transition and new businesses were opening up improving the area. I hope this continues. Was also told there were nicer areas in Augusta to visit however we didn't get the opportunity to seek these out.

Lovely stay. Will definitely come back here. Great value and service. The staff members were friendly, accommodating, and went above and beyond to ensure that my needs were met. They worked with me and my situation. Location-wise, the motel is convenient, making it easy to explore the surrounding area. Right off the highway, central location to good food, shopping, grocery, etc.

    The area is nice.

The area is nice. Liked the different choices of restaurants. People seemed friendly. Didn't like the gas prices, normally it's cheaper there than back in Decatur, not this time. Still would have made the trip. Loved eating at the Outback resturant. If your there for a single purpose traveling in the area seemed easy enough. If you like roller skating or bowling enjoy.

The hotel was a disaster. It looks nothing like its photos.

The hotel was a disaster. It looks nothing like its photos. It seems to be in the process of major renovations., Which I understand. But there is no excuse for renting rooms which are barely habitable. If there had been any other option open to us, we would have left on seeing the rooms. But it is master's week in Augusta, so we had no other option but to stay. We will NEVER stay at another Motel 6 again.

Our family traveled from Ohio and Pennsylvania to stay here. We were in Augusta for the most tragic of reasons. To mourn and also celebrate the life of someone taken from this earth way too soon. We are a large family and your staff went above and beyond. Allowing us to basically take over the beautiful pool area for 3 nights. We had a place to come together to eat, cry, laugh and cry some more. As we tried to process a profound loss. God bless the staff of this hotel. We are so grateful.

Comfy beds. Love the window seats in the rooms. Surprisingly good location. It's close-ish to everything (Your Pie pizza, Top Golf, movie TV theater, shopping, downtown Augusta, etc), but far away from all the noise and traffic. I love that there's a gas station RIGHT THERE, so whether you're coming or going, if you run out of gas it's on YOU cuz the gas station is RIGHT THERE! If I come back to Augusta, I'll stay here.

The friendliness of staff was exceptional.i really enjoyed staying here, Esther at the front desk made my family and i feel right at home and made sure we had everything we needed for the night. She treated us like family and i will definetly be coming back to stay here. Also, we arrived late at night to check in and i felt safe in this area being on base and coming from the parking lot into the hotel. Thank you!

The staff were very friendly and welcoming. We were given a room that met our needs and took into consideration that we were traveling with a pet. The room was clean, the lobby was clean. We checked in after 9pm and it was quiet and we were attended to immediately. Met our needs and we would definitely stay on this hotel again. We are also more likely to consider a Best Western Plus in the future.

The hotel is possibly under construction. The guest lobbyand floor hallways are hot. The room is hot as well. It took a long time for our room to get cool. The staff was vey courteous in trying to get us accommodated. It is simply not ready or safe for guest to be in due to the renovations.
