    I had previously stayed in Male city on two previuos visits...

    I had previously stayed in Male city on two previuos visits and found it a pleasant place to stay. In the intervening 12 years since my last visit the entire Hulumale area has been developed and has become something of a dormitory suburb to Male city with the completion of the China Friendship Bridge. Male is now a somehwat traffic choaked hot and relatively dirty city with Hulhumale a relatively quiet place to stay with plenty of good restaurants and hotels to suit almost any budget. In addition there are plenty of options to keep you occupied from shark and manta dives, island tours and windsurfing, paddle boarding and even kite surfing advertised by tour groups located in the area.

    Hulhumale is great for crashing out after a long flight or for staying the night before an early flight. It is also a good base for visiting Male by ferry. The long straight beach is made up of broken coral and soft white sand. The off shore reef protects the beach and make swimming safe for children. There are also areas of shade from the palm trees for those who don't want to stay out in the sun. There are numerous cafes and restaurants of all kinds.

    I prefer Hulhulmale to Malé when I have a stopover.

    I prefer Hulhulmale to Malé when I have a stopover. It has a beach and isn't that busy and loud. The travelling time from the airport is only 15 minutes. Hulhulmale offers everything I need for my short stays.

    Probably the worst condition of a hotel I have ever seen at this expensive overprice. The staff was nice and helpful, but was glad it was just for One night. The whole hotel was in a miserable condition and completely No sense of internal decoration. No elevator. Unbelievable smell of urine. The beds were Soft and with a hole in the middel, moldy wet Walls, the White curtains too long and Brown. The airfreshner too strong and overwhelming. The only consolation was a Great Bombay Indian Restaurant 5-7 mins walk away. Always tale local taxi and not the taxi the hotel trys to make you take at 5 times the price

    Would recommend this side over Male, what some locals said to us. Has a lot of small hotels and more beach area. Male is much more crowded and more concrete, less beaches. A few decent Indian restaurants. But other restaurants were hit or miss-lots of canned and dried foods. So definitely had a hard time with my stomach and some of the meals. But locals were all very nice. Stayed here 2 nights prior to going to a resort but 1 night would’ve been good enough.

    Hulhumale is the face of the Maldives that you don't see in the holiday brochures. It is very busy, especially the roads which buzz with motorcycles and scooters. The physical 'state' of Hulhumale is unkempt and dirty.

    The Paralian is polished clean. Every surface gleams. When we had to leave early in the morning to catch a flight, they made up a packed breakfast for us. We enjoyed having a sundowner mocktail on the roof terrace every evening before going out. There are many restaurants and cafes within 5 minutes walk of the hotel. The beach is across the very small road and through the palm trees. Airport transfers were good too. $15 each way. We had fresh fruit every breakfast time and the chef made us omelettes. The staff were very helpful and cheerful.

    Everything about this place is amazing. Although the rooms are small, you can still feel comfortable in them. The breakfast buffet is nice and diverse, changes every morning. The staff of the hotel are really nice and helpful, we had a problem with the booking and the guy in the reception was nice enough to give us a free upgrade on our last night. The location is great as it looks directly at the beach and is only 10 minutes away from the airport.

    I stayed at this hotel for a longer time, which worked out great as male is easily reachable from here. The service was outstanding, got picked up from the airport, treated with a smile, staff was always attentive. Besides that, the room was clean, large and comfortable. I had a water boiler, fridge, coffee machine and staff made sure I got plenty of drinking water every day. Wifi and TV were another big plus, working great.

    When we’ve arrived at New Year Eve, they told that they didn’t have room for us ( I’ve booked month before and corresponded with them before arriving ). They took us into the other, very small accommodation for 85 usd , so we were very disappointed, because it was night and rainy for changing hotel. Only because the manager or owner was very kind and helpful I don’t rate they very low.

    One of the best Hotel in Hulhumale. Located in front of the Beach . Hotel staffs were very attentive, polite and professional. Hotel staff organised a free transfer on our arrival. The breakfast buffet was very nice . Rooms were very clean and quite . Recommended this place for long stays .Close to Airport . I definitely choose this place for my infuture visit to Maldives.

    The hotel is right at Hulhumale beach. It has a good choice of breakfast and the staff is very helpful and friendly. Amy at the reception and Ansar are great and made this stay for us perfect everything was organised very well , and we definitely come back. The rooms are very clean with a comfy bed and we had a little balcony. The restaurant is very good too.

    The staff here makes all the difference. kind and understanding. I made a mistake while booking and they immediately sorted my problem.     The staff was very kind and the breakfast offered was surprisingly good. The hotel is literally in front of the public beach, even if it may result a little bit difficult taking a swim there (you need to walk at least 600m on a "rockish" seabed before you the water reaches at least your knees).

    The location was perfect, the staff was very friendly. Room is so nice and clean it was very comfortable.I even had a small balcony .Usually in all hotels TV doesn’t work, here they had even Netflix and YouTube it was great.stayed on night only but I recommend this place.

    The hotel can organise a transfer for you, removing all the hassle. Staff is very friendly and helpful. The hotel in the central road of Hulhumale with lots of shops and restaurants within the walking distance. A room was small, but had everything one might expect.
