Great little town, the beach full of kite surfers when we arrived & was a sight to see. Very sweet small old town, clean, cute shops, excellent eateries including Powerhouse bakery & dinner at Axta- superb! Very walkable, views for sunset over the sea, Morocco in the distance. Low key in feb & most enjoyable.

Windy old, small city on the south coast with several ferries each day to Tangier, Morocco. Interesting Old Town with narrow, crooked pedestrian streets. good place for wind surfing, beaches, and dolphin sighting.

Great atmosphere, we were there at Crhistmas time, some bars, restaurants and shops closed.
A lot of families, cool and chill people, caravans, dogs, people doing kite surfing and other water sports.

Tarifa is a very unique place with a super relaxed and good vibe. If you want to explore the coast line it's a great base, easy to park cars outside the old town walls. There are various dunes and historic sites to visit within 1 hour of the city as well as view points from various locations with unbeatable views of the coastline and seeing Morocco which is pretty special. For eating, there is an amazing Italian Restaurant highly recommended called La Trattoria. I am Italian and the pasta was very good quality for Spain. There are also lovely restaurants beyond the port along the beach and in the area just outside the old town walls towards this direction. It is easy to walk around the city and there is plenty of shopping in boutique shops as well as surfer/sports shops. Huge amount of water sports activities on offer too.

A very atmospheric old town with lots of bars, restaurants and eateries where everyone will find something for themselves (great meat at Brasería Vaca Loca ;)
Great beaches, even those located right next to the city center.
Clean and safe.
Very nice people.
Very nice people everywhere ;)
Possibility to visit the castle.
For groups, after prior reservation, it is possible to visit the island of Tarifa.
The host Alberto was very helpful and available any time. Suggested good restaurants in Old Town, changed check-in and -out times by need and possibilities.
Apartment itself responded to its description, serves all needs. It is 5min to the beach, supermarket is next by, Old Town is 8min to walk. An apartment was clean and equipped with everything necessary.
An apartment has no balcony, but as in Tarifa you wont stay inside anyway and inside is only for sleeping, than it was no problem for us:)
I had a great stay at La Casa Nori. Nora and Adrienne are the most lovely hosts, made me feel very welcome and at home. The rooms are clean and very nicely decorated and the bed was very comfortable. The shared spaces like bathroom, kitchen and rooftop terrace are amazing. Truly beautifully done! Location is also great, next to old town only a few steps away from the lovely restaurants and bars the old center of Tarifa has to offer. And of course the beach is near.
We particularly loved the central location right in the middle of the old town. You could feel the history in the place. Bars and restaurants on your doorstep and just a short walk to the beach. Great roof terrace with plenty of space. The flat had a good layout for a family of four. Having two bathrooms was also very useful. Conchi was just a WhatsApp away to answer any questions we had. The perfect place to base yourself in Tarifa - we will be back!
Relatively basic, but like a hotel yet more homely and with extra facilities. It has a really authentic and happy vibe. We didn't do any yoga on the roof, but I liked that it happens. A complimentary breakfast (coffee, cereal & fruit) was a nice added bonus. Right in the old town with boutique/ surfwear shops galore, and bars and restaurants serving til gone midnight. The place had a real buzz. Would definitely recommend and go back again.
Amazing appartement, clean and spacious, location really close to the beach, nice swimming pool, easy parking, good communication with the host, easy check-in and check-out, great local tips to do in town. A 15 minute walk to the old town of Tarifa and easy drive to go to the beaches were you can kitesurf.
All the staff were friendly and helpful. The view from the roof terrace, across the straits to Africa, is arguably the best in Tarifa. The rooms are fairly bijou but very acceptable. The location is slightly below the new town but elevated above the old town, which is only a few minutes walk away.
-Room was new and spotless. Had a very good night sleep.
-Good location, entrance was from the main street but the room itself was facing the old town
-Staff were very helpful, assisted on every request even though I was staying just one night
Enjoyed my stay here and highly recommend the place!
Location is close to bus station. Bed is comfy. Breakfast bufee was just fine, they do a sandwich for you, coffee, juice and offer fruits. Stuff speaks good English. Value for money. Though still very good for a small town. Roof top terrase has a great view on the beach.
The pool area was great, especially on the very windy days if the beach was a no go. A 20 minute walk from the old town means parking was easy and daily walks along the beach promenade. Shame the rooftop pool wasn’t open, but understandable given the time of year.
Perfectly located for the beach (5 min walk) and old town (5 min walk). The rooftop terrace is amazing but be prepared for the stairs to the apartment! Host was very helpful. And most importantly, the apt is dog friendly! Would definitely stay again!
The apartment was very new and spotlessly clean. It was close to restaurants and stores and about a 5 minute walk into old town section and 10 minute walk to Tangier ferry. Apartment building and underground parking were very secure.
Beautiful and charming little surfhouse in Tarifas old town, just a few minutes away from the beach. Enough space for two people and a nice terrace to realx. Everything went smooth with the host and I had a great time.
This was a very charming hotel, cozy, comfortable, and close to Tarifa. We had a nice breakfast served with a very amiable hostess. All Staff were very friendly and accommodating fir our needs.
Wonderful little boutique hotel. Room was impeccably decorated, the location was fantastic within the old town. The municipal parking was close by and free at the time we went.
Great location close to Tarifa town and the beach. The staff at the hotel were very friendly and helpful. Also the hotel was very clean and everything was very organized.
