Orange has lovely wineries & a good range of cafes/restaurants. Breakfast at Byng Street cafe is a must as is a casual meal at the Agristic Grocer. Lovely country vistas & friendly people as well as interesting shops.

We enjoyed the town, the wineries were lovely, although some don't open during the week, that was disappointing.
People were very friendly, knowledgeable and made our stay very relaxing and enjoyable.
Lake Canobalas was beautiful, child friendly, lovely cafe and lovely place to walk and relax.
Richard our taxi driver went above and beyond organising another driver to pick us up later that night as he was finishing his shift. A big thank you to him.
We went to a few restaurants and they were high end and very good.

Tourist information centre excellent very helpful staff.
Tourist information centre excellent very helpful staff. Toured some of the cellar doors. Travelled to Cowra which was well worth the visit. Also the Ophir Gold where gold first discovered in NSW. Orange central to lots of places of interest. Large town with everything you need. The Ex Services Club excellent for meals.

Orange really has nothing for the tourist.
Orange really has nothing for the tourist. It's a nice town, but you've seen it all in a day or so. It's a bit of a drab place. We ate at local returned servicemens club which was excellent Parking is a pain; it's reverse angle.

The Parkview Hotel had good food at a reasonable price.
The service was also good. We walked from De Russie Hotel - about 3 blocks just near the park.
Quirky accommodation in close proximity to Orange Main Street and all facilities… around the corner from the Gladstone Hotel and some great Thai food. Accommodation was a little tired and dated and needed a bit of a freshen up but had everything necessary for a comfortable stay! Off street parking was a bonus, as was the washing machine and dryer (not sure the dryer was working properly though)… neighbours were a little noisy our first night but all up we had a great stay…
The hotel is in a really convenient spot right in town and is easy to get to.
Noise - there wasn't any. I asked for a quiet room because I was travelling for work and saw a few reviews say it's noisy. They gave me a room on the second floor way up the back and yeah - dead silent.
Room itself was basic but clean and there was reverse cycle air con so easy to keep warm.
Reception staff were really friendly and helpful.
Food at the downstairs pub was also really good.
Located out of town, with nothing but the sounds of birds. We all enjoyed going for walks, seeing different bird life and kangaroos. The Overseers cottage was well furnished with all that was required for a comfortable warm stay. The wine tasting was fantastic late in the afternoon with the sun setting and the views over the vineyard. all questions before arriving were quickly answered with no hassle. We would return here without a second thought.
Our apartment was clean, comfortable and well appointed set in a convenient location for all that we wanted to do in Orange. We were welcomed warmly and very well cared for by Cameron who answered our questions and made sure we were settled well. He gave us excellent information about the places to have a meal in town.
Super friendly team at the hotel. Fabulous meal and very comfortable bed. The rooms and amenities were amazing and the location very convenient to the hospitals. The restaurant has a really modern vibe, not what you would expect for a larger regional centre it was a very pleasant surprise
Lovely authentic property in close proximity to Orange CBD. Rooms were spacious and well laid out and suited our needs. Property management were also in contact throughout and responded quickly to query, even though holiday season.
This is the best place to stay in town when in Orange. Clean, renovated rooms, Comfy bed, parking spots available on location and street, pub within the property for a good feed and shops just across the road!
Spacious home, close to Orange and in a good location, quiet surroundings. Kitchen was fairly well equipped, was sufficient to prepare simple meals. Nice that there was a BBQ too.
Immaculate boutique hotel. The accomodation is beautiful, the breakfast room was quaint and the food was delicious. Incredible! Great pub across the road too.
The room was clean and facilities in good order. I would have thought a ‘hotel’ should have better common facilities, so it felt more like an up market motel
It’s close to Main Street and the house was really Amazing !! It got everything you need.
Wehad so much fun there
will visit again when we are in Orange!!
