小仙肉包棟民宿, en Miaoli, ofrece alojamiento solo para adultos con jardín, salón de uso común y terraza. El alojamiento, construido en 1977, está a 31 km de Tai'an Hot Spring. Communication was prompt and checkin instructions were clear, including directions for parking (bonus for those who are driving). Although within an old building, the rooms and toilet are modern and comfortable enough. The owner put alot of thought into the decorations and it is tasteful and photo worthy. We stayed as a couple and had the whole house to ourselves, but would be ideal for larger groups too. There are some board games provided for entertainment. For international travellers, do note that you are unable to pay the deposit so please communicate with the owner to prevent any misunderstandings. Appreciate the owner for honouring our reservation and allowing us to pay on the day of our stay.

南庄漫晨旅店Nanzhuang Manchen B&B se encuentra a 26 km de Tai'an Hot Spring, en Nanzhuang, y ofrece alojamiento con aire acondicionado y wifi gratis. The B&B was located within NanZhuang, and is a 5 min walk from the Old Street and Osmanthus Walking Street. There is an option to park at their entrance, if you check with them early. Or if you prefer not to worry about finding parking, there is a paid parking garage just 2 mins before you reach the B&B. Facilities were as stated and matched the price point. Check-in was fuss free too, just have to communicate with the staff via app or phone and self collect the keys if you're going to check in late like us.

Only a 3-minute stroll from Sanyi Railway Station, 甘丹民宿-三義火車站前 offers comfortable rooms and homemade breakfast in Sanyi. Mountain views can be enjoyed in all rooms. Great hospitality by the host, who was very friendly and gave us a lot of helpful tips about nearby attractions and restaurants...etc.
