A recently renovated bed and breakfast situated in Skardu, Biafo House features a garden. This bed and breakfast features free private parking, free shuttle service and free WiFi. Faisal and wife are very friendly and welcoming. They are both educated and fully fluent in English, and Mrs Faisal is practically bilingual. They do their best to provide comfortable experience to the guests. Their home had a "design" feel to it. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The bathroom is spacious and modern. The wash basin is touch of class! We were served with nice welcome tea & snacks. Tea was also served many times during our stay. The hosts provided lots of information on culture, local attractions, and many different subjects. We enjoyed our pithy chat with them. The house is surrounded by small seating area in front and a garden at the back, both with shady trees, very pleasant. The location of the house is a bit far from the (hustle & bustle of) main bazaar and it's within walking distance to the interesting site of Buddha Rock, a must visit site if you are in Skardu! Faisal's wife kindly walked us up to it. The resort is perfect if you look for friendly life in a family home.

Located in Skardu, Sehrish Guest House Skardu offers accommodation with seating area. Both free WiFi and parking on-site are available at the guest house free of charge. This is one of the best places I've stayed in years. Akhtar and his family understand what travellers want. Akhtar is kind, generous, interesting and fun. The location is quiet and the garden is wonderful. There is much to see around Skardu and he has great advise. I ended up staying 5 nights and could have stayed much more. I made a great connection with Akhtar and I want to return next July. His friend Naeem is also a wonderful man. Dont miss this place. Special mention to Bobby the goat.

This is a place I definitely want to visit again next time.
