Location was incredible, very peaceful, with a beautiful view. There were some fresh drinks in the fridge and the flat was fully furnished, nothing was missing.

Cosy, I felt home, andI got the feeling of local village life. It’s quite central to beaches, hiking options, villages, as well as Larnaca and Limassol. Owner was very friendly. It felt like a home really.

To Konatzi tou Flokka is a renovated 19th-century farmhouse located in Agios Theodoros village. It offers traditional accommodation with kitchen and it is a 5-minute drive away from the beach.

The property was excellent and we enjoyed our stay very much. The check in process was very easy, with parking available across the street fro the property. A spacious living room- kitchen with a good selection of dishes, pots, spices and oil. A large fridge helped keep everything cold and allowed us to eat at the property. We appreciated the bowl of fresh fruit and the coffee and tea that was provided. The upstairs bedroom was perfect with a comfortable bed, plenty of storage, a compact bathroom that had a good shower, enough hot water and good water pressure. There was a nice upstairs patio where we could sit or hang up our washing. There was good communication and the property was very pleasingly with outside space and sitting area as well. Wi-Fi was some of the fastest we have ever come across- a 11/10 for sure 😀 We highly recommend this property as a great place to tour Cyprus from. 30 min from Larnaca, 40 to Nicosia and 30 min to Limassol Well done!
