Super breakfast, couldn't eat it all. 30 metres from beach, nice balcony, very good spacious rooms. Even had a little kitchen/dining area. Good selection of eateries nearby. Free car parking on site ! Definitely place to stay next time we are in the area.

Very friendly and accommodating staff, with excellent communication. The room has a nice sea view, comfortable bed, good quality towels, and it was very clean. The village overall is a wonderful getaway, with a beautiful nearby beach. The food at the nearby Faros restaurant is exceptional (you can chose to include dinner there in your room price). Overall the hotel is good value for money, and bonus points for being pet friendly.

Fantastic location with beautiful views, great beach and fab pools. Great selection for breakfast each morning, which is included in the price. Seafood taverna, which is essentially part of the complex is great. Staff are very attentive and friendly. 20 min walk across the cliff tops to nearby village/town where there are loads more places to eat which are also excellent value. Massive thanks to Charoula, Marius, Maria and the team. We had a fantastic holiday.

The arrival greeting was welcoming. The building has lovely marble, winding, stairwell, also elevator. When entering our room, it is a charming studio with very pleasant lighting, comfortable bed, and a fabulous terrace with endless view. Sunrise and sunset...stunning! The thermal sea water pools are within view and walking distance, if up for it, and are the best finale for the evening. We stayed an extra day since recovering from an auto accident. The breakfast was just right, with coffee, juice, meats/cheese/breads/treats/yogurt. The morning greeting and smiles are so refreshing. This was an amazing experience. Thank you for this experience.

Comfy, cozy and impeccably clean room with great location and everything you may need. Owner is just the sweetest and kindest lady, who helped me practice my Greek, gave the best advice of places to visit and was very helpful and caring. El Studios Kiapekou está situado en el centro de Edipsos, a solo 30 metros de la playa de arena y a 150 metros de las famosas aguas termales. The ideea to stay on the main street was very good. I enjoy the walks and the accessibility of all the shops and restaurants.
